    These recipes mostly feature healthy fats, lean proteins, lots of vegetables, and other good-for-you ingredients.

    However, you won't find any crash diets or calorie-counting here. We take a balanced approach and are big believers in moderation!

    Many of these recipes do fit well into the general guidelines of the Mediterranean Diet.
