Berry season is my absolute favorite time to bake. Everything just tastes better when you have a pile of fresh strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries sitting on your counter begging to be used. These are my go-to berry bakes, from quick weekday muffins to weekend showstoppers. Simple enough for a Tuesday, impressive enough for company.

Moist, tender, and packed with juicy blueberries in every slice. Made with Greek yogurt and olive oil so it is a little lighter than your average cake, but still completely satisfying. It works just as well for breakfast as it does for dessert, which is my favorite kind of bake. Full recipe: Blueberry Loaf Cake
