Children are certified picky eaters. They will eat anything and everything as long as it is not a vegetable. However, the same vegetable is suddenly a friend when we have a pizza night. I know! I don’t get it either. What I did figure out, however, are some simple, easy recipes that will always get your kids to lick the plate clean (no exaggeration there!). The trick is to sneak in as many nutrients and protein as possible in wraps, burgers, pastas, and pizzas. I have rounded up my top 9 kid-friendly recipes that are tried, tested, and approved.
