Meal prep tips
If you like to meal prep, I recommend making smoothie packs by combining the measured ingredients (except the milk and yogurt) in freezer bags. Store the bags in the freezer. When ready to make the smoothie, just add the contents of the bag to the blender along with the milk and yogurt, and blend until smooth.
Alternatively, make the smoothie and freeze it in an ice cube tray. Transfer cubes to a freezer-safe bag, and then blend with a bit of milk to bring it back to life.
