These almond chocolate overnight oats combine creamy almond butter, almond milk, rich cocoa, and hearty oats for the ultimate delicious and nutritious make-ahead breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, cocoa powder, almond butter, and vanilla.
  • Add the oats and salt and stir to combine. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken slightly.
  • Distribute the mixture evenly between 4 8 oz airtight containers or mason jars. Add lids and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours.
  • Serve with a dollop of yogurt, sliced almonds, and a drizzle of almond butter if desired.

*If you'd like a looser consistency to your oats, stir in an extra splash of almond milk before serving.
