Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, cocoa powder, almond butter, and vanilla.
Add the oats and salt and stir to combine. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken slightly.
Distribute the mixture evenly between 4 8 oz airtight containers or mason jars. Add lids and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours.
Serve with a dollop of yogurt, sliced almonds, and a drizzle of almond butter if desired.
