Tomato Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients

butter garlic plum tomatoes heavy cream parmesan cheese salt & pepper red chili flakes linguine fresh basil

First things first, cook your pasta according to package instructions.

In a skillet, cook your minced garlic in some butter, then add in the chopped tomatoes.

Once the tomatoes soften, bring the heat to medium low and add in the cream.

Once the sauce starts to thicken, add in the parmesan cheese, and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

Stir in the pasta, top with fresh basil, and some pasta water if you want the sauce to be thinner.

Only takes about 15 minutes to make and tastes absolutely divine! Enjoy!
