Cajun Sausage Pasta


penne pasta olive oil pork sausages yellow onion bell peppers salt & pepper red pepper flakes Cajun seasoning whole grain or creole mustard heavy cream

Start by boiling your penne pasta until it is al dente. Drain and put it aside.

Now in a large skillet, cook your sausages in some olive oil until brown.

Add the sausages to the pot with the drained pasta while you work on the rest of the ingredients.

In the same skillet or pan, add your onions, peppers, and all the seasonings and cook until they are tender.

Add the pasta and sausages back to the pan and add your heavy cream and mustard. Cook until the sauce thickens a bit.

This pasta only takes 30 minutes to make and tastes so good! Enjoy!
