Chocolate Bark

Start by melting your chopped chocolate in 15-30 second intervals till 70% melted.

Add in the rest of the chopped chocolate little by little and stir. Do this until you've melted all the chocolate and it is smooth.

Spread the chocolate on a prepared baking sheet with an offset spatula.

Now melt the caramel candies with a bit of heavy cream till smooth and spreadable.

Drizzle the caramel on the chocolate to give it a marbled effect.

Top with the thin pretzels and peanuts. Chill it in the fridge for 15 mins, and in the freezer for another 15 mins.

Break the bark into uneven pieces with a sharp knife. Your chocolate bark is done!
