Blueberry Overnight Oats


blueberries pure maple syrup water cornstarch fresh lemon juice greek yogurt milk vanilla rolled oats salt  cinnamon

Add blueberries. maple syrup, cornstarch, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan.

Bring it to a boil and cook it on low until it thickens up. Now let it cool down.

Now whisk together the yogurt, vanilla, milk, and maple syrup in a large bow.

Add in the rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt and mix. Let it sit for a while to thicken a bit.

Time to start layering! Spoon in the oats followed by the blueberries - alternating between the two till your jar is full.

Store in the refrigerator for healthy breakfasts all week!
