Bacon and Leek Quiche

Place the pie dough on a pie plate and set in the fridge to set. First cook your chopped bacon and then leeks in a pan.

In a bowl, make the egg mixture by whisking together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and herbs in a bowl.

To fill the quiche, add cheddar cheese at the bottom of your pie crust.

Then, add your bacon and leek mixture and more cheddar cheese on top.

Pour the egg mixture on top and then place it in the oven to bake.

It's done when golden brown and set! Serve with a nice green salad and enjoy.
