  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup coconut milk


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, about 3-4 minutes, depending how powerful your blender is.



*If you feel your smoothie is too thick, blend in a little more orange juice until it reaches the desired consistency.
