Cilantro Lime Dressing

This 6-ingredient, 5-minute cilantro lime dressing is fresh, perfectly balanced, and guaranteed to wake up your greens and so much more.

  • ½ cup fresh cilantro packed
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 small clove garlic peeled
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • freshly ground pepper to taste


  • Process the dressing ingredients in a blender, food processor or with an immersion blender. Alternatively, you can finely chop the garlic and cilantro and whisk with the remaining ingredients. Adjust seasoning to taste.


For a creamy version of this dressing, add *up to* 1 cup of Greek yogurt, sour cream or mayonnaise. To keep it vegan, add ½ an avocado instead.
