Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon honey more or less, to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender in the following order: orange juice, Greek yogurt, frozen berries, and honey, and blend until smooth and creamy. How long this takes will depend on whether you're using a regular or high-powered blender - anywhere from 30 to 90 seconds.
