Date Energy Balls

In the food processor, add in your oats and coconut and pulse until finely ground.

Now add the dates, cocoa, sunflower seeds, and maple syrup and pulse until it all comes together in a dough form.

Form the dough into 1 inch balls with your hands.

Now roll the balls in toasted coconut if desired and enjoy!
