Chicken Teriyaki Burgers

In a bowl, mix together the ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, mayo, teriyaki sauce, cilantro, salt, and pepper

Make 4 patties with the mixture, pressing the center with your thumb to make a small indent. Chill in the refrigerator.

While the patties are chilling, grill your onion and pineapple slices on grill-pan on medium high heat.

Now place your chicken patties on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes on each side.

Towards the end, brush some teriyaki sauce on each side of the patty and flip so the sauce gets nice and caramelized.

Let your burger patties rest for 5-10 minutes and during this time you can toast your buns.

To assemble, place lettuce leave on top followed by the burger patty, grilled onion and pineapple slice. Enjoy!
