Sriracha honey turkey meatballs

Step 1

Combine: - ground turkey  - panko bread crumbs  - egg - garlic - salt and pepper

Step 2

Roll mixture into little meatballs of about 1 tablespoon each.

Step 3

Cook the meatballs in a large skillet and remove to a plate.

Step 4

Add some snow peas or other veggies to the pan and cook until crisp-tender. Add to plate with meatballs.

Step 5

Cook garlic and ginger 1 minute. Add sriracha, soy sauce, honey and rice vinegar. Simmer to thicken.

Step 6

Add meatballs and snow peas back to the pan and stir to coat.
