Harissa Potatoes

These spicy harissa potatoes are roasted in the oven and are a perfect side for so many things!

Cut your baby potatoes in half and toss them in a bowl with olive oil, kosher salt, and harissa paste.

Spread your potatoes on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven for 25-30 mins. Turn them halfway through!

Now toss them on the baking sheet with the remaining harissa paste, lemon juice, and parsley. Serve and enjoy!!
