Shrimp and Mushroom Vol-au-Vents

Creamy and easy Shrimp and Mushroom Vol-au-Vents - let's get started!

Sauté garlic in melted butter, add the mushrooms and stir them until they brown.

Stir in the flour and cook for 2-3 minutes, before adding the milk. Stir until you see bubbles.

Time to season. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, and mix!

Add in your shrimps and cook it for another 2 to 3 minutes until heated.

Serve on the vol-au-vent shells and garnish with fresh parsley & there you have it!
