Semolina Pizza Dough


all-purpose flour bread flour semolina quick rise yeast sugar kosher salt warm water olive oil

Start by mixing together the flours, semolina, sugar, salt, and yeast in a stand mixer bowl.

Now add warm water and mix until you see that it is starting to come together.

Knead for about 5 minutes using a dough hook until it forms into a smooth bowl. Now coat bowl in olive oil so it doesn't stick.

Cover the dough with a tea towel and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles up in size.

Punch the dough down to deflate it and form it into a ball again. transfer to a large parchment paper sheet.

Using your hands, stretch the dough out in a 14 inch circle, and you're done! Add your favorite toppings and bake.
