Potato Bites


small potatoes olive oil salt & pepper cheddar cheese bacon green onions/chives sour cream

Use a mandoline or knife to slice your potatoes. They should be about 1/4 inch thick slices.

Arrange the slice on a greased baking sheet and brush with some olive oil.

Now season the potatoes with some salt and black pepper and bake.

Take them out of the oven once they're lightly golden and tender and top with the grated cheddar cheese.

Broil for a minute or two till the cheese is nice and melted.

Top the potatoes with sour cream, bacon bits, and green onions and enjoy!
