Roasted Almonds

Ingredients

raw whole almonds hot water salt fresh thyme fresh rosemary olive oil

In a bowl, mix together salt and hot water and mix till the salt is almost dissolved.

Add the whole almonds, thyme, and rosemary to the bowl and mix till the almonds are completely coated.

Spread the almonds in a single layer on a greased baking sheet and transfer the sheet to the preheated oven.

Roast the almonds for about 15 mins, stirring once or twice in the middle so they roast evenly.

Transfer the roasted almonds back to the bowl and add in your olive oil and season with salt.

Serve and enjoy!
