Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken Bowls

Mix the soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes to make your sauce.

In a large skillet, add some oil and the cubed chicken, season with some salt, and cook till tender. Take it out on a plate.

In the same skillet, add more oil and cook the red pepper, broccoli, pineapple chunks, and green onions until crisp-tender.

Take the veggies out on a plate as well and add the sauce you made earlier to the skillet. Let this cook till it starts bubbling.

Mix together some cornstarch and water and add this to the sauce. Whisk constantly and let it cook till it thickens slightly.

Add in the chicken and veggies to the sauce and stir to combine so that the sauce coats everything.

Serve over white rice and enjoy!
