Nutella French Toast Casserole

Our favorite breakfast treat during the holidays is this 5 ingredient, easy, nutella french toast casserole!

First, whisk together four large eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to make the custard mixture.

Spread about 2 tablespoons of nutella on bread slices and roll them in a cylinder shape.

Dip the rolls in the egg mixture and arrange in rows in the baking dish. Pour the remaining mixture on top.

Let it sit in the fridge for some hours or overnight then bake till its golden brown. Top with some icing sugar and warm nutella.

Serve with some fresh strawberries and maple syrup and enjoy!!
