Mediterranean Grain Salad

Easy and filling Ancient grains Salad is one of my fav salads for summer! Let's make it.

Boil your grain of choice according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Now make some pita chips. Follow my easy homemade za'atar pita chips recipe at the link!

Next, make your dressing by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and honey in a small bowl.

Add your greens to a big bowl followed by farro, parmesan shavings, the dressing, and pita chips. Toss!

Your ancient grains salad is ready to serve with a main or as a side of your fav main. Enjoy!
