Mandarin Chicken Salad

Ingredient Notes

romaine lettuce carrot red bell pepper edamame  almonds green onions cilantro cooked chicken mandarin oranges sesame seeds chow mein noodles orange ginger dressing

In a small bowl, combine the orange zest and juice, rice vinegar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, honey, and ginger.

Slowly add in the olive oil while whisking. Now add the sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Your dressing is done!

In a large bowl, combine the romaine, carrot, bell pepper, edamame, almonds, green onions, and cilantro.

Now add the dressing and toss to combine.

Serve in individual bowls and top with chopped chicken, mandarin oranges, sesame seeds, and chow mein noodles. Enjoy!
