15-minute Chicken Satay Rice Bowls

While rice is cooking... 1. Cut chicken breast into bite-size pieces and season with salt

2. Cook chicken until just cooked through and remove to a plate

Sauce: - peanut butter - garlic - hoisin sauce - tomato paste - chile paste - brown sugar - chicken broth

3. Add the garlic, chile paste, and tomato paste to the pan and cook for 30 seconds 

4. Stir in the broth, peanut butter, brown sugar, and hoisin sauce, and bring to a simmer 

5. Add chicken back to the pan and stir to coat and heat through
