Kale Apple Smoothie

Ingredients

apple lemon juice greek yogurt peanut butter maple syrup or honey milk kale leaves

First, add your apples in a high-powered blender.

Now add in the lemon juice, yogurt, nut butter, maple syrup, and milk.

Add kale at the end and blend!

Increase the speed gradually from low to high, and blend until the smoothie is perfectly smooth.

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!!
