Roasted Asparagus & Potatoes

Start by trimming the asparagus and cutting it into 2 inch long pieces.

Cut the baby red potatoes in half and transfer them to a baking sheet.

Combine the fresh thyme, garlic, olive oil, butter, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Now add half the seasoning mixture to the potatoes and roast the potatoes for about 15 minutes.

Add the asparagus to the baking sheet and the rest of the mixture and roast again for 15 minutes.

Top with grated parmesan and serve warm!
