Peach Mango Salsa

Cut about 1/4 inch from the center of the mango and slice downwards. Repeat the same on the other side.

Now make make lengthwise and crosswise cuts into the flesh, creating a grid pattern.

Using a spoon, scoop out the mango cubes in a bowl. Also add any remaining flesh around the pit of the mango in the bowl.

Add the rest of your ingredients to the bowl and give it a good mix. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour for the flavors to meld.

Serve with some tortilla chips and enjoy!
