Maple Glazed Pork Chops

If you have pork chops in the freezer - this is one fall dinner you need to make right now! Maple Glazed Pork Chops - let's make it!

Prep your pork chops by drying them off and cutting vertical slit through the fat on the sides. Season with salt & pepper on both sides.

Whisk together the maple syrup, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce and thyme in a measuring cup.

Heat some olive oil and butter in a skillet and cook the pork chops till they're golden brown on both sides. Check out the recipe post for timing instructions.

Add the maple glaze to the pan and cook the chops till they're cooked through (don't overcook them!) and take them out of the pan.

Now let the glaze cook some more and reach a syrup-y consistency before adding your chops back in.

Serve these with rice, a side salad, roasted potatoes, or any of your other favorite sides and enjoy!
