Chicken Salad Wrap

Ingredient Notes

chicken breast mayonnaise white wine vinegar finely chopped shallot fresh parsley salt & pepper chopped walnuts celery dried cranberries lettuce leaves flour tortillas

First, cook up your chicken. Season chicken breast with salt & pepper on both sides and pan fry.

While the chicken rests, whisk the mayonnaise, vinegar, parsley, shallot, herbs, salt, and pepper.

Now add your chopped chicken, walnuts, celery, and dried cranberries to the dressing.

Mix the salad up and adjust the seasoning as desired.

Time to assemble! On your tortilla, add lettuce in the center and then the chicken salad.

Now fold the sides over the filling, then roll up from the bottom and wrap it up tightly.

Cut in half and enjoy your easy, fulfilling meal!
