Chicken Fajita Wraps

Ingredients

chili powder kosher salt ground cumin onion + garlic powder cornstarch fresh lime juice olive oil chicken broth chicken breasts red + green bell pepper yellow onion tortillas sour cream Monterey jack cheese romaine or iceberg lettuce salsa

In a container, mix together the chili powder, salt, cumin, onion & garlic powder, cornstarch, lime juice, oil, and chicken broth.

Now mix in the chicken strips, bell peppers, and onions in the container. Let this marinade in the fridge for 20 mins or more.

Heat up some olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and add your chicken and veggies.

Keep stirring and cook until the chicken is completely cooked through.

To make the wraps, spread sour cream on half tortilla (leaving a 1 inch border) and add the chicken mix, and all your toppings.

To wrap, fold the tortilla sides inward and roll from the bottom up, tightly, keeping the filling inside.

Cut it in half and serve with salsa. Enjoy!
