Halloumi Fries

These easy halloumi fries are so crispy you won't be able to tell they're not fried! Let's make it.

First things first - slice your halloumi into 1/2 inch thick sticks.

Now in a bowl, add za'atar seasoning to panko breadcrumbs and mix well.

Dip the halloumi sticks in flour, egg, then the seasoned breadcrumbs and line them on a greased baking sheet.

Spray the sticks with olive oil and bake. Flip halfway through and spray with olive oil again. Bake till golden brown and crispy.

Serve with a spicy yogurt dip and enjoy!
