Cinnamon Roll Muffins

1. make the Filling/Topping ingredients: brown sugar flour cinnamon cold butter

Make the topping/filling by combining brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and cold butter. Mix it with your hand.

2. make the muffins ingredients: large eggs sour cream milk unsalted butter vanilla extract purpose flour granulated sugar baking powder salt

Whisk together the eggs, sour cream, milk, butter, and vanilla in a large bowl until it is smooth.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until everything is well combined.

Now combine the flour mixture with the wet batter and fold until combined.

Place the batter into muffin cups and fill the center with premade toppings. Add more filling on the top as well. 

3. make the glaze ingredients: cream cheese butter sugar  vanilla milk

Make the glaze by mixing cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth. 

Pour the glaze on top of the muffins and your cinnamon roll muffins are ready!
