Cinnamon Roll Muffins

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and butter to make the filling.

To start on the muffin batter, whisk the eggs, sour cream, milk, melted butter, and vanilla in a large bowl.

In another bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Now mix the wet and dry batter together.

Line a muffin tin with muffin cups and pour about two tablespoons of batter in it.

Top with the cinnamon sugar filling and add more muffin batter on top.

Add some more of the filling on top and bake!

Meanwhile, make the cream cheese icing by mixing cream cheese, butter, vanilla, powdered sugar, and milk.

Top the baked muffin with the icing.
