Banana Nut Oatmeal

old-fashioned rolled oats milk kosher salt butter maple syrup banana pecans cinnamon

In a bowl, add the oats, salt, milk, and cook in the microwave for 4 mins. Check the instructions for this at the link!

Let the oats sit while you make the bananas. For this, melt some butter in a pan, add the maple syrup, and bring to a bubble.

Add the sliced bananas in a single layer and cook for about 2 minutes till they're brown at the bottom.

Flip the bananas and add the pecans in the pan. Cook for another minute or two till the bananas are soft.

Stir in the remaining milk and maple syrup in the oats and top with the bananas.
