Grilled Balsamic Chicken


chicken breasts olive oil balsamic vinegar dijon mustard minced garlic kosher salt black pepper fresh basil

In a glass container, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt & pepper.

Reserve 2 tbsp of the marinade and add the chicken breasts to the rest.

Let the chicken marinade for at least 30 mins, then take it out and season with salt & pepper.

Place the chicken on the preheated grill and let it cook for 5 mins on one side, then flip.

Let it cook for 3-5 mins on the other side while basting it with the reserved marinade. Remove.

Serve with your favorite veggies and enjoy!
