Asparagus Mushroom Pasta

Start by cooking your pasta and set it aside. Now, in a skillet, add your sliced mushrooms with some salt.

Cook the mushrooms on medium -high heat for about 3-5 minutes until browned.

Lower the burner to medium heat, add water and asparagus to the skillet along with some salt. Cook for about 5 mins.

Remove the vegetables from the skillet and add some olive oil and garlic to it. Sautee for about a min.

Now add your half and half and cook for about 3-4 mins until the sauce thickens up a bit.

Now add in your parmesan cheese and all the seasonings and mix well. Check out the post for detailed instructions.

Add the cooked pasta and vegetables back to the skillet and mix well until everything is coated with the sauce.
